I am glad to have a phone consultation to discuss your interest in therapy and for you to hear a bit more from me. Appointments are made over the phone. Email and texts can be used after a working relationship has been established.
Therapy is a personal process and requires a level of comfort with your therapist to develop trust, a necessary component of any reliable relationship. In fact, learning to trust the relationship with ourselves is the general goal and purpose of therapy. I am an active participant; I provide feedback, observations, thoughts and ideas to help guide you in learning new ways to grow through what has you reaching out.
